- Answer Dear TYMO customer , the voltage for iONIC Hair Straightening Bruch is 100-240V AC, is suitable to use for any countries within this voltage range. But do need a adapter for insert to the socket.

- Answer Dear customer , my apologize for the late respones. We have confirmed from the engineer, the TYMO iONIC Hair Straightening Brsh can be used with grease on hair, but we do not suggest with larger amount greases that may effect the out looks. We got this case tested from our lab, after reciving the question.
