• Yes, you can use your phone while charging. I've done so with my Android phone many times with no issues at all.

• Oh yeah, I use it from time to time. But honestly, if you don’t use it I feel that it charges way faster.

• Absolutely, yes. It continues to charge as you use it. Not entirely sure of the rate or speed while the phone is in use but it doesn't stay the same and it for sure does not lose its charge.
