You may have a defective one (nothing is perfect). That being said, I have had mine since July. It works perfectly. I also like the little blue charging indicater lights. Try this: push the little button on the side/upper right corner. It is conveniently hidden. another thing that I love about it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sounds like you need a replacement. Mine charges nicely with blue lights as expected. I do only get only 2 phone recharges of my Samsung Galaxy S7, so it doesn't perform quite as well as promised, but still OK.
