It only came with the wire to charge itself and no block adapter.

It has USB ports. We charged our Galaxy S9 phones directly to the power block using our cables without the power adapter plug (removing it). I dont know about iphone x.

It does not come with those cables but will use your normal USB charging cables that come with your devices.

No it does not. It has USB ports for you to plug any of your own chargers into.

Mine came with a cable that charges Android phones. I have an S9 and it works great. I don't know about the iPhone as I don't own one.
