Q: (1) Does this come pre-charged?
A: Mine was slightly charged but needed an overnight charge to get up to full strength.
Q: Those it come with cables to charge a samsung galaxy s9+ and a iphone x?
A: It only came with the wire to charge itself and no block adapter.
A: The led lights do indicate %. 4 lamps is 100%, 3 is 75%, 2 is 50%, 1 is 25%
Q: How long should it take to fully charge? Thank you
A: The pack takes about 1 hour to charge from fully dead with a rapid charge port. It charges my Galaxy S6 from dead in 40mins.
Q: Will this work on an iPad 11 Pro?
A: I dont know about its compatability with iPad 11 Pro. It has regular USB ports so if your device can be charged thorugh regular USB port then it will work. You will need your cable to plug the tablet to the power source.
Q: Is there an adapter for USB to USB-C so I could charge newer iPhone 11 ?
A: You just use your own charging cord to charge your device. There are two USB ports to use.
