(1) Does this come pre-charged? null

Mine was slightly charged but needed an overnight charge to get up to full strength.

Ours was not charged. It was advised to fully charge it before you use it. It takes about 5 hours to fully charge it the first time.

Yes, but only about 25%, maybe less.

It does come charged but not fully to get the most out of this product once you get home I would recommend you to fully allow it to charge.

They have a partial charge but will need charging to get full use.

It comes half-charged. Needs a couple hours on the UBS to reach full power.
