“Charger stopped charging wirelessly, but works with USB output. It is only two weeks old. Is there a reset for device? I have tried other QI charging devices and also will not charge them. It was working for wireless charging but quit. Defective?”

No solution at all. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me the wireless charging is not designed to be the main function and to just use the wires
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It’s defective. After 2 weeks mine stopped charging wirelessly. I took back to Best Buy and they replaced. It works fine now.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine did the same thing...good thing it did it within 15 days and i got a free replacement. DO not charge it wirelessly in your pocket or it will overheat and malfunction. It will stop working because of a failsafe thing to not blow up in your pocket. If it gets hot stop recharging.
