“What happens when you plug it in to charge and it just keeps flashing 99? And when do you know it's charged? Does it have a power button? The little one doesn't do much on the side when you push it AND this is brand new.”

When it says "99" it's almost completely charged. Mine did that for first month of so. Now when I charge it up, takes awhile, but does get to 100. Then when you want to use it to charge your phone, need to hold side button in for about 5 seconds, green light will appear
