It is on their end, get a an Arris Modem that is compliant with your bandwidth speed and tell Spectrum you want to use your modem… All of your problems with their service will disappear over night.

I would have it run speed test daily or even twice a day to get a good idea of what kind of speed you are getting. And always make sure to keep the firmware updated on the router, you can check it from the mobile app.
