Mine arrived with around 20-25%! Enough to set it up and listen for a few hours.

Although there might be a bit of charge left inside the battery of your BOOM 3 Portable Wireless Bluetooth Speaker with Waterproof/Dustproof Design when you first turn it on (likely below 50%), I would recommend fully charging your speaker before its first use, that way you can enjoy almost a full day of music with it!
