“I paired this speaker through Alexa for my Amazon music library and for some reason I can't use the UE App to adjust volume bass etc. I can download the UE app but it wont work. My friend can do it through her Iphone . Am I doing something wrong? TY”

Possibly , make sure the speaker is paired up to the app.

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you are having issues with the UE app and your Hyperboom. Here are some steps you can try, in order: Check the Bluetooth settings on your source device. Try forgetting the speaker in the device list and then reconnect to it using Bluetooth. Close the app and then reopen it. Delete the app, and re-install it on your source device.
