Hello Rachel! Please note that not all Smart TVs will accept an external Bluetooth speakers to connect your TV sound to. If your TV does allow for this type of pairing, then it should be as simple as connecting the HYPERBOOM Portable Bluetooth Waterproof Speaker with Big Bass to any devices. To do so, put the HYPERBOOM in pairing mode on one of the 2 entries at the top (hold down Bluetooth 1 or 2 for a few seconds till the light flashes rapidly), and then select the HYPERBOOM on the list of devices appearing on your TV. If this does not work, the other possibility would be to connect the speaker to your TV via the optical connection, using an optical cable. - Mathieu from Logitech
