If your screen is cracked and you do not have a protected screen/ glass on it, this will not help. It may cost U $100 to repair it first, depending where U live, then keeping it protected by having the glass sheik applied by a professional service. Yes this is costly, however, if U can’t afford a new pad for $500-700 . This is your best route. A family member had to do this & with much success for approx.$220
