- Answer For now, we don't recommend this model for Alexa integration due to some technical concern. The new model U-Bolt Pro and Lever (with Ultraloq Bridge included) are recommended .

- Answer App is not required to use. You can still unlock it with fingerprint, code or key if you don’t want to use the smartphone app. However, smartphone app allows you to manage users and settings more easily. No subscription is required. It doesn’t work with ring for now.

- Answer Yes the lock is reversible. When setting up the lock, it uses a method where it "hands" the lock to determine which direction the lock is facing.
