I have called several times about this problem, but have not gotten a satisfactory solution. I've been told to update the software or shock the system by removing, then replacing the battery. Nothing works--I'm convinced that some of the phones are lemons.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I, too, think some of their phones are lemons. We have had ours for two days . The only buttons that work today are the Assistance feature; the symbols #, and *; when you input # or * you can select 'Options' to save the number (which is, of course, made up only of # or * or combinations thereof since none of the actual digit keys work), but you can't select OK, so nothing happens; and the red END button. You can't even power the phone off, because while you can use the red END button to begin the Power Off process, you can't choose 'OK' to select 'yes' to actually turn power off. We're sending it back and getting a smartPhone. Oh, and it answers calls because we set it to answer on 'open'. But in two days, who has our number? ?? Word to the wise.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Do a factory reset and update the software.
