• No, this is an over the air tuner box. It will not accept a cable card and will not tune cable TV.

• Not with the CONNECT DUO. The only device that works with cable cards is the HDHomeRun PRIME.

• I don’t believe this would work. There are only three ports on the back: power, Ethernet and coax for the antenna. I don’t see any way to plug in the cable card. I think there are some other options at Best Buy that do have that slot though.
