• You don't get a $10 certificate, you just get 500 reward points, which you can cash out for a $10 certificate.

• Hello Ryan I had the same question and when I called customer service they stated the system cancelled several pre orders causing the $10 gift certificate to void. Luckily I preordered the game off my Best Buy card so they were able pull up and see the transaction. Once they figured out the system cancelled the preorder they issued me my $10 credit. So I would recommend calling customer service about it.

• The $10 certificate is credited to you after the return period of the game expires. Depending on your membership level, this can be 15/30/45 days from point of purchase.

• I'm next to positive the $10 reward is only on certain games. I have looked every time I go to get a game, and some do not offer the reward.

• No, there was not a $10 certificate of u pre ordered but if you did pre ordered u get got skins for the multiplayer and a cool coin

• it's not for every pre order, only certain games get that. if you google it, there is a list on bestbuy site that gets updated periodically. I was surprised too that this game wasn't included.
