I had this kind of issue before with pre-order. you need to call their customer service and they will email you. It might be in your spam folder.

They did not start sending out the codes until the day of release and some got the code the day after. You may also review your Best Buy Member page online and view the status of the Jak and Daxter order to see if Best Buy confirmed they sent out the code on their end.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I received my code on the day the game was released. I believe that was August 22nd but with it being sent out in emails they may be sending them out in waves. Best bet is to contact Best Buy corporate offices and check with them.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I got the game in the mail on 8/21 and the email with the code came 8/22. I'd check your online orders to see it's status. The Jak & Daxter game is a separate item and is handled by the system as such.
