• I believe they just started selling this item and I didn't see a model on the floor when I visited the store.

• No. I couldn’t find a floor model in all of LA. I bought mine (orange!) sight unseen with a 30 day return. I love the way it looks but it is still boxed up in the garage while they finish the kitchen remodel. Yes, of course I opened the box and had a good look at it.
