“Speakers out of balance I've had no connection issues but when I check the speaker levels using the surround sound test tone the rear right speaker seems to be about 50% louder that the rear left. The is no balance adjustment in my system between the rear right and left.”

Did you make sure the wires are connected correctly? +=+ and -=-? If the ports are inverted this would damage the sound.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The kit does not control the balance in any way. It has to come from the stereo system. The only way that our kit could be responsible is if the speakers are connected incorrectly or if their impedance is different.
