Hi, That's a great question. There's a manual that comes with the UPRIGHT GO2 with instructions. In addition, the app instructs you step by step on how to set up your account and you UPRIGHT GO2. The app is free to download so you can check it out by downloading it from your app store even if you haven't purchased an U[RIGHT GO2 yet.
