QuestionI purchased this keypad so I could create accented letters using alt and the numberpad with my Chromebook. (e.g., on my regular computer, alt 130 = é. ) How can I use the two together? Pressing the alt key and using the number pad is not working.

QuestionI have the numeric keypad plugged into a MacBook Pro and using it remotely connected to Windows 10. I can't get the numbers to work. They won't even work on the MacBook Pro. When I press the numbers it's acting as a mouse. How can I fix this?

- Answer I dont think there is a light on this specific numpad. Although it looks like there is above the minus key i think it is just false and there for looks

Questionwhy wont the enter button work? i can use the numbers with the number lock on and the other keys work with it off. but the enter button wont work at all.

- Answer Probably because the computer its installing the software so it can read read it and at the same time while that its being done your computer keyboard gets disable temporarily until all the drives are set and in place.
