No scrolling ticks unless you roll up very quickly, but a noise when you click. I never noticed it though. It's about the same as my keyboard when I type.

There is an audible click with the mouse buttons, but I wouldn't call it noise. Also the wheel has noticeable ticks when turned which to me is fine.

Hmmm "Q:Does it make a lot of noise when you click the mouse buttons?" No, not a lot of noise, however, there is a small click. The wheel on mine "ticks without sound" which holds the wheel from moving more than you would like it to.

I wouldn't say it makes lots of noise. Probably not any louder than they keyboard when you are typing. I never noticed the "ticks" noise of the wheel until I saw your question. It does tick but not loud enough to bother me.

This mouse does make a click when you press the buttons. It also makes a tick when you use the scroll wheel.

As I am not near that device right now, I cant verify, but I don't recall any "noise" from the mouse buttons.
As for the scroll wheel, it has a bit of noticable/feelable "notches", which I personally prefer, as it gives me a feedback that it is actually moving...

Clicking makes some noise, comparable to most other click mice, and the scroll wheel clicks also.
