• If it has a standard sized USB connector, I am pretty sure it will work.

• As long as the Chrome book has a USB port, you should be able to use the mouse. I do not have a Chrome book myself, but I would be surprised that the developers would not include support for a mouse?

• Yes this will work on linux without the need of a driver, it will load a basic driver
