Yes I use my mouse with a mac. I have no issues. I bought the insignia mouse because my Mac mouse was wireless and kept going dead. I was tired of changing batteries.

I have a Mac Desktop and I use this mouse connecting it via usb. I have a Mac keyboard that is Bluetooth that I use but I choose to use this mouse since my mac mouse won't work anymore. I don't want to spend 50+ dollars on a new Apple Mouse when this mouse can do the same job only better.

This is a USB mouse that will work with a PC or a Mac. I have two of these mice plugged into my Apple Mac keyboard and MacMini and they work perfectly.

It does on my 3rd party (Macally) keyboard for my iMac...
