• Sorry but it can’t not is region locked so you can use it on part on the us but if you use it like Europe you will have to buy a normal gift card.

• Yes I’ve sent mine to a freind in Germany & he was able to redeem the card

• Yes everywhere except the UK on ps4 because theyre not on the euro, this i know because I give them away every week on my twitch channel.
