• Do what I do and spend the last week and a half on live chats where there agents "don't have the access" to help you or on hold with their customer service team. Absolutely awful customer experience. There's a reason all of their stores will become Halloween stores.

• To use the v-bucks cards in the past I went to the online website for epic games on their website I logged into my account after I logged into my account on their website I was able to redeem it. That's all I had to do. Hope it helps

• You have to go online to redeem your code then go back and input the code given to you online,, that works also
