• Yes, you need to look for one that says digital on the item title or description purchase that one and the code will be texted/ emailed right to you.

• No, Unfortunately as a best buy member since the beginning of time, i have never seen a digital code for steam cards i would assume it has to do with all the steam keys being stolen or steam doesnt want digital codes sent buy best buy im assuming if thats the case someone found a huge exploit
