• Try fire stick. Connect to the same Wi-Fi that all devices use and it should work

• I had the same issue but i thought it was just my wifi connection outside. I use a ps4 connected with an hdmi cable and it works perfectly. If you has a laptop, gamming consol or even a firestick, you might have better luck. I hope this helps!
