• Netflix, hulu and most other have a licensing that will not do screen mirroring from your phone. We found it easiest to just use a firestick. Worked like a dream, there is a little set up on firestick involved unless you use one that is already to go from another tv. Just an fyi if you have a movie night planned, you would want to walk thru that prior to movie time.

• There is a setting to mirror the iPhone (ios app) without a physical connection.
