• It should be. If your chromebook has an HDMI port it should just hook it up and go.

• Heather Can’t go wrong with it Just make sure if it doesn’t work for you 2week return policy I couldn’t get my Sonos speakers to work with It. The built in speaker stinks Hope this helps you
