Can it stay recording while the car is parked/ off? null

It does have that feature but you would need to buy the wires so that you can wire it directly to the battery, Beware though it can drain your battery overnight.

Is it true if dash cam is Wired to car battery that it will drain your car battery fast like overnight? 2) How much power dies this dash cam use per hour or 24hours? 3) Not want havecdead vartery5 and stranded due to excessive power drain from a dash cam. 4) What is warranty?
