Thanks for your answer BUT, this really isn't the answer I was looking for. I was expecting the manufacturer to respond since it is their problem. I am not going to take my drone apart to fix their QC problem. Since I haven't taken it out of the box, I'm going to return mine to Best Buy.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Problem has been identified as a QC problem with the compass and GPS module installation, Fix is easy. Lots of YouTube videos documenting it. Interestingly, my drone had the problem (the fix works flawlessly), but my son's did not have it.
