• No the card doest have an amount of texts or data it's basically a $30 gift card for verizon

• The data does not roll over unless you purchase the largest plan ($70 I believe). Just spoke with the verizon rep and others do not, it is a use it or loose it mentality.

• With Verizon prepaid you get unlimited US talk and text. And yes any unused data does roll over to the next month.
