this device does have a USB port for plugin but I don't believe that it will work without wifi ability on your device. It actually acts as a WIFI hotspot or "access point" it does not provide Wi-Fi on the target device only acts as middle-man from device to internet. you can purchase a usb Wi-Fi dongle to give your device Wi-Fi ability then use this Device as your "access point/router" you connect to to get to the internet.
