Mine did. But I've been a customer for about 3 years. I recently had one unit go dead outside of the 2-year contract. They cancelled/disconnected it at no charge. My Father passed away in February this year. He had hum+ so I called to cancel his service and they charged the estate a penalty because it was within the 2-year contract.
