• Yes it has an app. The unit is directly related to Verizon cell service where the unit is located. So bad cell signal, no locate service. I owned this unit for 5 days and called tech support 10 times. Try Mastrack, a true GPS service.

• Yes you can track its location from anywhere on your phone. (Realtime) it doesn't show any history. But you can set geofences to alert when it entered or exits those zones. You can also set speed alerts so if it goes over X MPH you get an alert. It will show you what street the car was in at the time of the alert

• If you have $10 subscription, you can track it from anywhere. No Bluetooth. It's connected to Verizon tower.
