When I ordered the Moto Z Play Droid for the $9.99/month, on 8/14/2017, the model # that I received (per the box) is MOTXT163501. My husband decided to order the same phone 6 weeks later and received the same model # that I did. Hope that helps

I couldn't get the phone to activate when I got it so I took it to Verizon and they changed the simm card. I like this phone. I would recommend it and would buy it again. battery life is exceptional

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sometimes if you are upgrading you aren't allowed to get a sale price, as it is only available to customers getting NEW lines. This happened to me. The specs were the same, since it was the same phone. Maybe this is your case also?
