• You need to purchase an additional Prepaid Card, which they will probably act like they do not have and try to get you to get the next most expensive one. I've spent SO much Money at Best Buy and always was treated like Crap.

• Hi Jean, Devices usually doesn't come with a SIM card especially prepaid phones. It would be best to contact BestBuy to confirm. -Jess
