Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, like most newer phones the battery is built in and cannot be removed as the back does not come off. The SIM and memory card is inserted in the side of the phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.NO, I went to a Verizon store After receiving my phone and asked a Verizon tech that very question. Can't remove back to replace the battery which means that consumers will be stuck paying a lot of money to have one replaced if needed in the future. (My old Moto E4 was easy to replace the battery in). I plan to research battery replacement in this phone in the future and do it myself, rather than get stuck with a big bill for a phone that's already way overpriced.
