I just purchased this phone today. I opened the box and sadly, after ripping the box apart, no charger. I can see the phone coming without headphones but a charger should be mandatory. I'm returning this for a cheaper, lower-end phone. The manufacturers have big nerve selling w/out charger.

Please try again later.i used to work for bestbuy mobile many years ago. and the fact this doesnt come with any means to recharge the battery is absurd! i bought one for my mother not knowing the lack of charger because the packaging does not make mention of it anywhere.. then what u get doesnt even have a regular usb end? obviously we didnt even have a charger for it.. didnt even have the money for one so we were forced to use a gift card which was another of her christmas gifts?? yeah the phone is cool but this charger issue is a MAJOR disappointment.. Samsung please do better.. u are not lowering waste by FORCING people to go out and buy ADDITIONAL products they did not intend to buy! this is actually added waste, added inconvenience. and honesty another reason to not buy a Samsung product...

A charger should be a necessary part of the phone and should be furnished since the phone cannot operate very long without one.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Ugh wish I’d known this before opening the box. A nurse threw my dads phone away so I bought him a galaxy. After opening the box in the hospital we come to find there’s no plug, just a cord that’s not compatible with the plugs we’ve been forced to change to. It is usbc on both ends! So I had to search all over town for a plug with usbc which wasn’t anywhere. I ended up buying a new cord and plug which creates way more trash from those 2 packages imo and now it charges very slow not being what was meant for the phone. Now I am waiting on a plug from Amazon that has usbc so there’s a bunch more trash not to mention pollution to deliver it. Way to go!

Please try again later.Most of the newer, higher-end smartphones no longer include a charger although many are including the USB cable that plugs into the charger ("wall wart"). I think it's just yet another way to squeeze a few extra bucks from customers on the part of the phone manufacturers. They certainly know that every phone user needs a charger so I can't imagine what other explanation there is.
