QuestionHello, so I have an iPhone 4 I’m wanting to use for my daughter to mainly JUST play with on WIFI, says I need a SIM card, will this work to just use on WiFi or do I HAVE to purchase a plan as well?

- Answer You should be able to use your phone (not to make calls) on WiFi without a Sim card or a phone plan. I have connected to my WiFi at home and was able to search the Web and watch YouTube videos without a Sim card in my phone (Android) or a phone plan.
