Hi-what kind of water can we use? Is anything else to put beside Vicks steam?

Yes. I've used tap water for the last two weeks with no issues. Just need to following the enclosed weekly descaling instructions. i.e. white vinegar soak for 15-20 minutes.

You can use tap water, but if your water is hard meaning lots of minerals a white dust will accumulate in your room...Not harmful just need to dust more often

It says filtered water but I've had it for 3 months now and I only use tap water and rinse it out weekly so no residue builds up

I don't. I use store bought spring water. For safety.
