• A:Answer Hello. I bought this model and it came with a usb out wire. It connects to the back near the audio wires (white and red). Plug the usb out into the record player and then plug the usb end into the computer

Q: QuestionI received this as a gift and I love it. The problem is that the Bluetooth isn’t pairing properly. It connects to my iPhone easily but then even when it says it’s connected, the sound only comes through my phone. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks!

• A:Answer I would suggest disconnecting and reinstalling. Being close to the devise should help with recognizing the device.
