personal vs. purchased Does this product work for pre-recorded tapes? Video block used to be an issue umpteen years ago when trying to copy from one vhs to another. Does this product bypass that issue?

From what I've tried so far (about 10-15 pre-recorded tapes), the product works great. I haven't run into any blocks at all.
