• No, if a tracking issue has been recorded to the tape already, it unfortunately cannot be fixed. The signal was already produced incorrectly for storage to the tape at that point. For tracking issues that do not exist on the tape itself but due to the playback in the VCR, you should check if you can manually adjust tracking on that VCR. Some players may only support this using a remote.
