Unfortunately, this package only supports output in MP2 format, so your MS Video Editor will not read it. However, there are many other video editing packages that will read the MP2 format. Suggest you search for MP2 Video editors on line. I use a higher end editor (PowerDirector) which reads the formats and allows rendering to an MP4 format.

There is a help article in the VIDBOX Help Center that covers "How to convert to MP4" which goes over the options and recommended settings for doing so. These files should be usable in the Windows 10 Video Editor for editing afterward.
