Update the software from Honestech's website. I had the same issue till the update.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Geez Dave, that's an odd one. The audio input from the capture device into the computer comes in purely by the USB cable. My only suggestion is to right click on your speaker icon, and then it will say "open volume mixer". When the mixer opens, you may see some settings there in the form of sliders that will inform what is up all the way, what is down all the way, and you can check boxes to turn stuff on or off. Obviously the mic will be ON, and perhaps that is the only audio input enabled. Turn it OFF if you don't use the mic for anything. Also you should see an "open sound settings", which when clicked, gets you to "choosing your input device". Scroll a little lower and you'll see OTHER SOUND OPTIONS > APP Volume and Device Preferences. Has stuff to look at there too. Note also there is a TROUBLESHOOT Sound Problems, and you may end up having to reload your Audio Driver, as they do sometimes get corrupted, though it does sound like you do have sound. Never hurts to have the LATEST Driver Good Luck. Ron
