“How do you get the software if vidbox.company is down and they have their customer support line turned off with a recording to go to their website? Why doesnt it come with it? This product i bought from you is currently worthless with no software”

We apologize for the inconvenience. The website was down for about two hours during the afternoon due to unexpected technical issues. Our phone lines were also down for about an hour, part of which was spent testing changes to bring the website back up and that it was stable after it was back online.
