QuestionI connected Sony disc player to my Samsung TV with the high speed HDMI cable I had used with my previous player. Connected the AC adaptor. Turned on the player, turned on the TV, input signal does not show up on screen when button is pressed. Need help.

- Answer ALthough it's simple, I had a stack of devices that my back could not deal with. Plug in internet, power and HDMI cable to TV - no problems with that. You may need to update your universal remote settings yourself though - Geek Squad may want a separate service call/charge for that if you don't want to DIY. The LG is a great choice, you'll be happy..

- Answer Distances may vary by market and location. Your best option would be to call 1800 Geek Squad (1800 433 5778). This is a 24/7 number and the Geek Squad agent that you speak to can answer your questions regarding coverage areas, costs of services and can schedule a date for the services that you are needing. Btw, Geek Squad services that you may have on your computers ONLY covers your computers. It does NOT include services on TVs or on other home theater equipment.

QuestionI need to schedule service on my Panasonic Blu-Ray player, no picture on my Sony 32" TV and service on my Samsung combo DVD/VHS player as well. No picture from the VHS player, but the DVD player works fine.
